Tickets are available on the door (subject to availability) but you might miss out on personalised goodies.

Ticket Prices

All tickets are limited in availability and are on a first come first served basis.

Market Only

Want to come shopping, but not join in the party? Well you can get market only tickets on the door!

You'll get access to the West Wing of the venue to enter the market rooms to shop as you'd like, but will not get access to the bar/cafe, pup area, changing room or cloakroom.

Market only tickets may be limited on the day based on venue capacity.

Goodie Bags

As all goodie bags are pre-ordered and limited in number we can not guarantee that anyone without a prebooked ticket will get one. Market only ticket holders will not get a goodie bag.

Drink Tokens

Get your first drinks included in your ticket!

• Pint Soft Drink: 1 token
• Pint Beer/Cider: 2 tokens
• Shots (Single/Double): 2/3 tokens
• Cocktail: 3 tokens (6 for jug)

Gift Registrations

If you wish to purchase someone else’s ticket for them, please email pupoutlondon@puppypride.social and we will be happy to assist you.

Please be aware that if you purchase a registration for another person, for data protection reasons the registration will belong entirely to that person. You will not be able to request a refund or change anything on their registration without us receiving written permission from the other party.

Types of Payment Accepted

We accept UK bank transfer, international bank transfer and both domestic and international card payment via Stripe.

Please DO NOT use automated pay-in machines, as they do not allow a reference to be included with your payment, which makes it incredibly difficult for us to locate and apply the payment to your registration.

Refund & Transfer Policies

• You are entitled to cancel your registration within ONE WEEK (7 days) of your full payment being confirmed and receive a full refund
• If you wish to cancel after this time, we regret that we will be unable to offer you a refund, except in very exceptional circumstances at the full discretion of the Pup Out London Registration Team and/or Directorate

We allow registration ticket transfers to another party prior to the closing of the advertised registration period. Please contact pupoutlondon@puppypride.social for further details.

ID Requirements

You MUST present an accepted form of CURRENT/IN-DATE photo ID with your date of birth on arrival at Registration.

Accepted forms of ID are:

• Passport
• Driving licence
• National ID Card
• International Student Identity Card (ISIC)
• Government issued military ID
• Proof GB card
• Any card bearing the Home Office PASS mark

We do not accept (alone or in any combination): birth certificates, utility bills, bank cards, leisure centre membership IDs, public transport passes or sixth form college IDs. International Youth Travel Cards and NUS cards will not be accepted unless they bear the ISIC logo, as these do not require proof of age before being issued.

By submitting your registration form for Pup Out London Pride Special, you agree to the Registration Terms and Conditions. This includes agreeing to be bound by the Pup Out London Conditions of Sale and Code of Conduct.
